DOES HONORMILL HAVE A SHOWROOM?
A: NO SHOWROOMS = NO UNNECESSARY LAYERS! We have worked with some of the world’s best designers and manufacturers to bring a curated selection of beautiful Mid-Century Modern furniture to thousands of happy customers across North America. We pack your new furniture with care and deliver direct to your door across the continental U.S. and Canada. Our corporate office is located at 157 Columbus Ave #442, New York, NY 10023 in mid-town Manhattan and have general office hours between 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES ARE SO MUCH LOWER THAN DESIGN WITHIN REACH, ROOM AND BOARD AND OTHERS LIKE THEM?
A: Although many of the materials used are very similar in quality, HONORMILL produces "authentic-quality" reproductions, they are not licensed copies meaning they do not have the original designers' name on them. Therefore, you get the look you're after without having to break the bank to decorate your home exactly the way you like it.
WHAT IS YOUR PRICE MATCHING POLICY?
A: At HONORMILL, we pride ourselves with a level of professional and trade knowledge not typically found in our specific niche market. We cater to professionals on projects where budget is a consideration as are craftsmanship and materials. If you see an item you're interested in at a competitor's website at a lower price, please contact us and request a price match. Our price match policy covers items that are of comparable quality and materials and in-stock items. 99% of the time, we'll be able to beat that price on Fast-Ship items, save you money and still offer the best customer service in the business. Our price match policy can not be combined with any other discounts.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
A: Although some of our furniture is made in the United States, most of our goods are produced in factories in Shenzhen, China. These factories are hand-picked to produce the highest quality standards without sacrificing anything. Most of what we buy today in stores such as West Elm and Crate & Barrel are made in China.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
A: Sales tax is ONLY charged for in-state deliveries to New York which is calculated during the check-out process.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
A: For security purposes, at the time of purchase, your credit card will be run through an approval process for the full amount of the purchase.

A: HONORMILL is here to provide you with furniture. Your personal information will only be used to process and ship your order. We will never sell your information to any third parties. Any personal information submitted in optional surveys, newsletters or promotions will only be used for such by HONORMILL personnel.
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEMS?
A: HONORMILL has several warehouses. Our main warehouse is in New Jersey, however, many times the item you wish to order will need to be shipped to you. Please contact us or call us at (888) 618-5004 to find out if your item(s) are available for pick up in our HONORMILL warehouse.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
A: Depending on the carrier, additional delivery attempts will be made. Redelivery fees may apply if someone is not available to accept delivery. If your order has shipped and you are unable to receive your shipment over an extended period of time, additional storage fees may incur. Alternatively, your shipment may be rerouted back to the manufacturer, thus incurring fees for re-shipment of your order.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR CUSTOM AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?
A: When placing an order for a custom or out of stock item, you will receive a message during your checkout process notifying of how long the estimated shipping time is for that item. Please note that although we do our best to get your order produced and shipped as soon as possible, these shipping times are estimates only as shipping time may vary. Production times may vary slightly due to production back log, variances in shipping line schedules and other factors that may not be within our control. All custom orders (items not in-stock at the time you are ordering it) must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Please allow for variations in color as your computer's monitor may not accurately represent actual colors of the materials used. Slight variances in colors or variances in dimensions of up to 10% is considered normal and will not be accepted as defective.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
A: HONORMILL offers discounted curbside delivery on all items shipping within the continental United States. If you require in-house delivery, set up, and packing material removal, we also offer White Glove delivery for an additional fee.
WHAT IF MY PURCHASED ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
A: Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit to your shipping location. While cases are rare, damages do happen once in a while. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) shipped via common carrier i.e. FedEx or UPS, simply refuse delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement. For LTL deliveries i.e. Fedex Freight, Dbschenker, etc., print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where you sign for the items and refuse delivery. After delivery is refused, we will file a claim and send you a replacement product. If the product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE(S)?
A: If the item(s) you wish to purchase are in stock, you should receive them within one-two weeks, unless an expedited shipping method has been established. However, HONORMILL offers a wide array of items, many of which are subject to longer lead times and limited stock. We do our absolute best to ensure that the delivery times listed on each and every product page are accurate and up-to-date. WILL THE CARRIER BRING MY ITEM(S) INTO MY HOME?
A: In addition to our Standard service, HONORMILL offers "White Glove" as a shipping option on most large items. This option is available during checkout at an additional cost. This service includes delivery inside your house, apartment or place of business (including two flights of stairs), removal of packaging and up to 15 minutes of setup. Additional labor may be subject to additional charges.
