OVERVIEW
Our reproduction cowhide egg chair honors the original design from the late 1950s. Celebrated for over 40 years, this piece takes on a heightened aesthetic in any environment and literally "frames" anybody who sits in it. The Ann egg chair features a base of satin-chromed aluminum or steel, with a swivel and tilt-lock mechanism. Made using genuine black or brown pony cowhide, each chair is a one-of-a-kind piece due to its unique, natural hide pattern variations. Its molded fiberglass frame is finished in hide over fire-retardant polyurethane foam padding and is also separately available in a wide selection of fine wool and other fabrics, as well as a matching footstool.
